Every cathedral has a keeper. This one is Arjan de Jong — lawyer by training, connector by nature.
For years I wondered why people called me creative. I studied law and built a career of more than twenty-five years across Customer Service Operations, Business Development, Innovation, and Procurement — until I realised my greatest strength was never expertise in a particular field. It was seeing connections where others saw boundaries.
I believe we all arrive in this world as creators. As children we build castles from blankets, discover continents in our gardens, and invent adventures from almost nothing. Somewhere along the way, routines replace wonder, certainty replaces curiosity, and we slowly forget that imagination is one of our greatest strengths. We were trained to answer — and we forgot how to ask.
This website is my invitation to remember. Not by reading another book. Not by completing another course. But by wandering, playing, reflecting, experimenting, and occasionally getting wonderfully lost. Because creativity is not a destination — it is a way of looking at the world. So instead of a book, this became a building: five rooms you can actually walk, each designed to make a different creative muscle impossible to avoid.
The challenges we face today are too complex to solve with yesterday’s thinking. Somewhere beyond the obvious, beyond logic alone, and sometimes in the very opposite of what feels right, new possibilities are waiting to be discovered.
