Your team already knows the answers. That is the problem.

The Curiosinarium works alone. It works better in a room full of colleagues who have stopped asking each other real questions.

Three ways to work together

The Workshop

Half or full day · up to 16 people. Your team takes the assessment beforehand; we walk the rooms together using dilemmas from your own organisation. You leave with a shared vocabulary, each person’s profile, and one experiment your team commits to running within thirty days.

The Cohort

Six sessions over three months · 8–12 leaders. Assessment intake, one room per session, the Simularium as the gym between sessions, and a closing retake of the assessment so progress is measured, not assumed.

The Keynote

60–90 minutes · any audience size. One argument — most leaders were trained to answer, not to ask — delivered with live visits to the rooms, and an audience that leaves asking better questions of each other before they reach the lifts.

Do it yourself

The self-service programmes. The same Workshop and Cohort, rebuilt so a team — or a determined individual — can run them without a facilitator: the Self-Guided Workshop (a complete one-day script, block by block) and the Self-Paced Cohort (six sessions over three months, with a practice between each). One access pass opens both, for the duration you choose — view online, no downloads. Already have access? Log in and enter →

How every engagement starts

Your people take the assessment; we build from what the profiles reveal. Write to hello@curiosinarium.com with the size of your group and what you are wrestling with, and you will get a concrete proposal — not a brochure — within three working days.
